Design Stage

We will produce draft layouts to confirm that we have fully understood your brief. This is our standard procedure to ensure that all concerned are satisfied with the direction of the project.
Budget
Once initial surveys have been carried out we will be able to assess the costs for your project, allowing us to establish what can be achieved within your budget.
We are committed to keeping within your budget, and employ continuous checks to allow us to monitor and keep expenditure under control throughout the duration of the project.
If budget is a primary concern we can also look at alternative solutions, which reduce costs without compromising on quality.
Construction
Our dedicated construction team will ensure your project is completed on time and on budget.
Our team will keep you informed on a regular basis during each phase of the work, reporting on the programme and budgets.
